ABOUT

I've been an artist for most of my life. I started out learning traditional media such as oils, acrylics, pastels, and graphite, then later moved onto digital media. During the latter part of my education at San Jose State University, I met some people who were involved in game development at Capcom, USA and Namco. After given a tour of their studios, I found my calling and ultimately decided to become a game artist.

I had the opportunity to work at Mobula Games, Digital Chocolate, EA Pogo, and Sony Computer Entertainment. At these companies I got to experience the many different aspects of game development as well as interact with some fascinating people from whom I've had the opportunity to learn and gain experience from.

Nowadays, I spend my time creating 3d art for Valve Software's Dota 2 title, working among some very talented artists. The culture of Dota 2's workshop is quite unique in that not only do you get to potentially have your work added to a popular game title, you also have the opportunity to meet and work along side other development teams from around the world.
